Why we work this way
A lot of cleaning services are great on the first visit and inconsistent after that — different people show up, different things get missed. Clearwater exists to fix that specific problem: the same 42-point checklist runs every time, for every home, regardless of who's on the visit that week. Consistency, not novelty, is the whole pitch.
We serve homes and small properties throughout the Clearwater Valley area, primarily recurring residential cleaning with deep-clean and move-in/move-out visits alongside it.
How a cleaner joins our team
Nobody is sent to a home alone until they've been through all three steps:

Background check
Every applicant completes a background check before they're scheduled for a trial shift.

Supervised trial shift
A full in-home cleaning shift alongside a supervisor, run against the same checklist every visit uses.

Three months on the team
A minimum of three months working with an experienced team member before handling a home unaccompanied.
What stays the same on every visit
The checklist doesn't change based on who's cleaning, how many visits you've had, or how the last visit went. If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll send someone back out to fix it — no forms, just a text to your assigned cleaner.
