- Dusting of all reachable surfaces and furniture
- Baseboards, blinds, and light fixtures
- Beds made if linens are already on them

- Vacuuming and mopping across all floor types
- Trash emptied from every room
- A final walk-through against the same checklist
What's not included
So there are no surprises at the door:
- Exterior windows, gutters, and roofs
- Heavy furniture moving or wall-mounted item removal
- Laundry, dishes, and organizing personal belongings
- Biohazard, pest, or extreme-clutter cleanup

What if I'm not happy with a spot after the clean?
Send us a photo within 24 hours and we'll send someone back out to fix it at no charge — no forms, no phone tree, just a text to your assigned cleaner.
How are your cleaners vetted?
Every cleaner completes a background check, an in-home trial shift with a supervisor, and a minimum of three months on our team before they're sent to a home unaccompanied.
Can I skip, pause, or reschedule a visit?
Yes — recurring plans can be skipped or rescheduled from your online account up to 24 hours before your visit, with no cancellation fee.
